Hello, my name is Jaime and I am a clinical psychologist, specialized in child and adolescent psychology. I would like to share with you my story and my passion for psychology and for helping others to overcome their fears and phobias, overcome difficulties and face the problems that all of us face every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From an early age I was interested in human behavior and understanding how emotions, thoughts and relationships work. I always enjoyed listening to people, offering them support and advice, and seeing how they could improve their well-being and quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I finished high school, I had no doubt that I wanted to study psychology. I was passionate about the idea of being able to help children and young people who needed it, who were going through difficult situations or who had a psychological disorder or problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During my career I learned a lot about the different areas of psychology, but I was especially attracted to clinical psychology and cognitive-behavioral therapy.<\/strong>. I found it a very effective and practical way to intervene with patients, teaching them strategies and tools to change their negative thoughts and behaviors, and to enhance their personal strengths and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After graduating, I decided to specialize in child and adolescent clinical psychology<\/strong>I found it to be a very important and rewarding field. Children and young people are the future of our society, and I believe they deserve all our attention and care. Besides, I love working with them, because they are very sincere, curious and fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a member of the Official College of Psychology of Madrid<\/a><\/strong> with membership number M-23045<\/strong> and accreditation in Educational Psychology<\/strong> (National).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For more than 15 years I have been working as a clinical psychologist in my own practice.<\/strong>where I help children and youngsters with different problems or difficulties: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, bullying, phobias, eating disorders, etc. My goal is to help them overcome their fears and phobias, to face their problems with confidence and optimism, and to develop their personal and social potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am very proud of my profession and my work. Every day is a challenge and an opportunity to learn something new. I love to see how my patients progress and improve their situation. I am thrilled to hear their testimonials and their thanks. And it fills me with satisfaction to know that I am contributing to making the world a better place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychology is my passion and my vocation.<\/strong>. I can't imagine doing anything else. I hope to be able to continue practicing this wonderful profession for many years to come, and to continue helping as many people as I can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
